Our game day will run from 9AM-2PM MT. During these hours, any staging system is game for disruption and chaos.

📐 Rules

• Production environments are never being targeted. If you notice an issue with production, the game day must immediately END. Bring this up to everyone immediately.
• On-Call individuals are responsible for their incidents. Depending on who is on-call, responsibility for incidents floats from person to person.
• DO NOT notify an on-call person if you they haven’t noticed.

📕 Your first task

Your very first task is to develop an on-call schedule. It’s up to you how you will handle the rotation. Will Jeremy take all the hours? You decide collectively. Once you decide, make sure everyone is on the same page about responsibility. Share this decision in writing below.
